The Role

As Payroll Team Leader, you will lead a dedicated payroll services team, ensuring the seamless delivery of managed payroll solutions. You will coordinate daily operations, mentor and develop team members and act as the first point of escalation for payroll issues. This role also involves building strong client relationships, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant controls and standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and coaching the payroll team to achieve performance targets
• Managing client relationships at an operational level
• Overseeing SLA delivery and resolving escalated issues
• Driving training initiatives and maintaining team capability
• Collaborating with process improvement and compliance specialists to enhance systems and controls
