Payroll Support Specialist

Our client, a leading organisation in its field, is looking to add a Payroll Support Specialist to assist with payroll processing and new employee onboarding within Visipay. This role ensures accurate payroll processing for approximately 90 weekly employees, including casual and full-time staff. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and possess a proactive attitude, this is your chance to contribute to a growing organisation during a critical transition period.

Key responsibilities include supporting payroll processing using Visipay and Kronos time and attendance systems, onboarding new employees and assisting in payroll administration under the guidance of the Payroll and Finance Manager. The role requires a hands-on approach with payroll data entry, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of pay, all while maintaining excellent attention to detail.


Required Skills:

• Proven experience with payroll processing, preferably in Visipay or similar payroll systems
• Familiarity with Kronos time and attendance software
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to process changes
