Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process payroll and HR records, including base pay, allowances, deductions, superannuation, tax, new hires, terminations, and employee movements.
• Maintain personnel and personal records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Interpret and apply employment conditions, industrial awards, and agreements.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll and employee record queries.
• Deliver high-quality client-focused service to internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience interpreting employment conditions and relevant awards.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP and HR SuccessFactors highly desirable.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client service focus.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
