What You Will Do:
- Manage payroll processing with precision in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Deliver exceptional customer service via email and phone
- Input data accurately using payroll or accounting systems (CHRIS21 experience preferred)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery
- Maintain compliance with policies and data security protocols
- Proven experience in customer service, contact centres, or payroll roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong communication skills – clear, professional, and effective
- Fast learner with excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, disciplined, team-oriented
- Experience with payroll systems (like CHRIS21)
- Background in bookkeeping or finance
- Familiarity with government payroll procedures
- Relevant vocational qualification or similar in administration, finance, or payroll
- Experience working in high-volume payroll environments
- Start ASAP until 30 January 2026
- Willing to provide current Police Clearance upon offer
- Candidates must have appropriate clearances and be ready to supply documentation promptly
