Payroll Analytics Advisor

Drive payroll accuracy, compliance, and insight through data analysis and reporting. Join a values-driven organisation focused on continuous improvement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse historical payroll data to identify trends and issues
- Develop reports and dashboards to support compliance and decisions
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR and Finance to ensure data integrity
- Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Support audit, remediation and reporting activities
- Experienced in payroll analytics, reporting or data analysis
- Skilled in payroll systems, compliance and data privacy
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI or similar analytics tools
- Detail-focused communicator with strong stakeholder skills
- Knowledge of Chris21 or similar HRIS highly regarded
