Join a Leading Team as a Parts Representative – Tweed Heads (Full Time)

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Parts Representative to join a reputable organisation at their Tweed Heads branch. This full-time role offers a 10.5-hour shift, Monday to Friday, ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering top-tier customer service.

In this role, you will play a key part in providing high-quality customer support and advisory services to external stakeholders. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to interpret and fulfil parts requirements while supporting the smooth operation of the parts department through warehousing and dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift for loading and unloading tasks
• Manage inbound calls and assist customers with parts enquiries and orders
• Interpret part requirements to meet customer needs effectively
• Provide exceptional post-purchase support and follow-up
• Perform regular stocktakes and maintain inventory accuracy
• Support general warehousing operations including picking, packing, and dispatch

Skills & Experience

• Forklift licence (desirable)
• C Class driver’s licence (required)
• Proven experience in parts interpretation is essential
• Experience in warehousing or logistics (desirable)
• Interest in mechanical or industrial products is highly regarded
• Strong customer service focus with a proactive attitude
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based systems
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Well-developed problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with CAT products (desirable)
