Parts Consolidation Officers

Join our Northern Operations team in Weipa! We’re seeking experienced logistics professionals to manage and coordinate parts for scheduled maintenance across Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) and plant equipment.

What you’ll do:

• Receive, collate, and distribute parts for maintenance programs
• Ensure timely delivery to minimise downtime
• Work closely with maintenance teams to resolve logistical issues and improve efficiency

About the role:

• Full-time, residential positions with a 9-day fortnight roster
• Focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• This is a residential role. Only candidates with full working rights in Australia and currently located in Weipa will be considered. 

What we’re looking for:

• Forklift license and Manual C Class Driver’s License
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or site operations
• Strong safety record and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and ability to manage multiple work streams

Desirable:

• SAP experience, HR License, logistics qualifications, advanced Excel skills
