About the Role As a Participation Assistant, you’ll provide tailored educational support to students with diverse disabilities in a higher education setting. Your role will be to assist with study-related tasks, promote independence, and help create an accessible and empowering learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or group support to students with disabilities
• Assist with note-taking, organisation, and study strategies
• Support students in navigating campus facilities and resources
• Collaborate with academic and support staff to ensure inclusive learning

• Patience, resilience, and a genuine commitment to inclusive education
• Experience or background in disability support or education (desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different student needs
