Operations Agent – Forklift / Manual Handling with Admin Skills

Pay Rate: Approx. $41.25 per hour (to be confirmed)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm or 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Location: Brisbane Airport

About the Role We are seeking an Operations Agent with a strong mix of forklift/manual handling experience (60%) and administrative skills (40%) to join our client's time-critical operations team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth workflow across a 24-hour operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Book in jobs and manage time-sensitive tasks.
• Add loads into the booking system accurately.
• Operate forklift and handle manual loading/unloading.
• Maintain compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Use internal systems for data entry and asset card management.
• Support operational performance and resolve issues promptly.

• Forklift licence and experience with manual handling.
• Strong computer literacy for data entry and internal programs.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts (12–8 pm or 2–10 pm).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
