Are you an experienced administrator looking to make a real impact in your local community? We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant
to join our client’s team in Kalgoorlie. This is a temporary role until the beginning of September.
In this dynamic role, you'll support our Team Leaders in planning, scheduling, and dispatching field work while also providing essential administrative services to keep our operations running smoothly. This is your chance to contribute to a dedicated team and take pride in the work you do every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer and operational enquiries to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide fleet management administration support to depot staff.
- Process employee timesheets, allowances, and work dockets for payroll and cost allocation.
- Offer advice on payroll matters, employment conditions, and allowance adjustments.
- Support the Senior Operations Assistant in managing store items.
- Assist with Concur credit card reconciliations and travel requests.
- Raise purchase orders and approve invoices as required.
- Create work orders in SAP or Grange systems.
- A current WA ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence.
- Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain).
- Solid experience in business and customer service support.
- Proven background in administration and payroll processes.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
