We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Blue Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Altona team. This role will be based at one of our major client sites in Truganina, where you will work closely with the client to assist in managing up to 300 casual employees on a day-to-day basis.

You will provide support to the existing Onsite Account Manager and Consultant, working as part of a dedicated team of three to provide site coverage Monday to Friday between 5am and 7pm. Shifts include 5am–1pm, 9am–5pm, and 11am–7pm. While a set shift is preferred, occasional shift swaps may be necessary to cover leave.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing staff performance and training initiatives
• Attending client stakeholder meetings and contributing to strategic staffing pool planning
• Promoting a genuine commitment to safety through proactive initiatives
• Advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to create mutually beneficial outcomes
