We are thrilled to announce 3 exciting opportunities to join our onsite team, managing a dynamic workforce of up to 600 associates at our client’s brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Cranbourne.
Our client is a globally recognised leader in e-commerce and innovation. As an onsite representative of Chandler Macleod, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of a fast-paced warehouse environment — leading, supporting, and inspiring a large and diverse team.

Available Positions

• Back-End Day Shift: 6:00am to 5:00pm – Thursday to Saturday (Alternating Wednesdays)
• Front-End Night Shift: 5:00pm to 4:00am – Sunday to Tuesday (Alternating Wednesdays)
• Back-End Night Shift: 5:00pm to 4:00am – Thursday to Saturday (Alternating Wednesdays)

About the Role
Your leadership will be critical to our success. You’ll help drive performance and team engagement while encouraging a supportive and safety-first workplace. We’re seeking candidates with a strong operational background, a proactive mindset, and a track record of leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact, building strong client relationships and delivering service excellence.
• Manage and build rosters for a workforce of 600+ associates.
• Champion a safety-first culture across all operations.
• Use your operational expertise to streamline processes and drive efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong operational and hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated experience in roster creation and workforce planning.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and insights.
• Background in supply chain and logistics (highly desirable).
• Proven commitment to workplace safety and building a positive safety culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A goal-oriented mindset with a drive for results and continuous improvement.
