About the Role
Chandler Macleod are seeking multiple experienced Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) Operators, Labourers, Driver's and Tradespeople
to join our team with our Tier 1 mining client in Gladstone. This is a residential and FIFO role with a family-friendly roster (5:2, optional potential Saturdays) and consistent day shifts.
Hours will be 6 am to 6 pm, Monday to Thursday and 6 am to 2 pm Friday, on a casual initial 12 month duration.

- Safe and efficient operation for detailed Earthworks, and civil construction works:
- Excavator
- Dozers
- 45T Trucks and Dual Cab Trucks
- Watercarts and Ridged Water Carts
- 20 T Padfoot
- Service Truck
- Fitters
- Bus Drivers
- Poly Welders
- Grader
- Longreach Excavator
- Tool Carrier
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience operating heavy mobile equipment in civil environments
- Relevant RII competencies and tickets across HME (Compactor, Dozer, Excavator, Articulated Dump Truck/Water Truck, Grader etc)
- Manual C Class or HR Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass 3 Site Medipass
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Local to Gladstone, QLD or open to FIFO from Brisbane.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
