Non-Negotiables:

• Proven competency and experience on at least two of the following machines:  Excavators(Komatsu PC5500, Hitachi EX5600, EX3600, PC1250), Loaders(CAT 992, Komatsu WA900), Dozers(CAT 854), or Graders
• Valid C Class Manual Driver’s License (minimum)
• Current or able to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Full Australian work rights are required, as these are long-term roles emphasizing stability and dedication.
• Must be residing in Perth, Western Australia

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience operating additional machinery such as dozers, graders, or loaders beyond those listed
• Previous mining experience or working within a Tier 1 mining environment
• Additional tickets or certifications in plant operation or safety training

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work a rotating roster (8 days on / 6 days off, then 7 days on / 7 days off)
• Commitment to ongoing safety protocols and procedures
