MR Truck Driver

Our client is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious MR Truck Driver to support road maintenance operations in Holbrook. This is a short-term opportunity with potential for extension, ideal for someone local to Holbrook or nearby areas such as Albury or Wagga.

Location:  Holbrook (Albury/Wagga residents accepted)
Start Date:  ASAP
End Date:  2 months (with possible extension)
Hours:  9-day fortnight

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the crew truck for daily operations and call-outs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including:
  • Road pavement repairs
  • Guard rail and signage maintenance
  • Traffic control
  • Pothole and shove repairs
  • Guide post installation
  • Rubbish collection
  • Attending call-outs
• Carry out general duties associated with a Road Worker role

Requirements:

• Must live within close proximity to Holbrook
• White Card
• WOF (Workers on Foot)
• MR Driver’s Licence or above
• Traffic Control (TC) ticket – or willingness to obtain
• Ability to pass a National Police Check
