About the Role
Join Chandler Macleod and support a 24/7 mining operation from a remote control centre. Casual role with 12.5-hour shifts on a rotating roster (days, nights, weekends, public holidays).
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and manage mining equipment remotely
- Coordinate haulage and respond to system alerts
- Maintain communication with site teams and ensure production targets
- Operate fleet management systems and manage critical tasks
- Experience in mining control rooms or similar (logistics, aviation, warehousing)
- Fleet Management System experience preferred
- Strong multitasking and risk management skills
- Brisbane-based, driver’s licence, reliable transport
