Duration:  12 months
Roster:  Day shift options – 4/3/3/4 or 9-day fortnight
Pay Rate: $57–$70 per hour (depending on roster) + Superannuation on all hours worked

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our team in Gladstone. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled professionals looking for long-term work in a dynamic industrial environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and installing critical plant equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on tanks, pumps, washers, and other plant equipment
• Support the operation and upkeep of fixed plant machinery 

• Cert III in Mechanical or related discipline
• Forklift, Rigger, and Dogger tickets (highly desirable)
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
• Strong safety focus, proactive attitude, and a solid work ethic
