Our client AGL is seeking a Master Scheduler to support Retail Transformation program—an ambitious initiative to create a customer-centric, digital, and flexible business. This is a 6-month contract role based in Melbourne CBD, offering a hybrid working model.

About the Role
As the Master Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in managing and integrating the master schedule for a complex transformation program. You’ll work closely with project leads, stream leads, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule for the transformation program.
  • Define and manage critical paths and dependencies across multiple project streams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure schedule alignment.
  • Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
  • Facilitate regular schedule reviews and updates with stakeholders.
  • Utilise MS Project and Jira to track milestones and report progress.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and support resource and capacity planning.

Key Skills & Experience
  • Expertise in MS Project and Jira is essential.
  • Strong technical skills in Power BI, Macros, and other MS Office tools are highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage and integrate multiple project streams and vendors.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in hybrid project environments (Agile and Waterfall).
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Skilled in resource allocation and capacity planning using MS Project.
