Maintenance Manager

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance function at a large food processing facility. This is a critical role ensuring plant reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the maintenance team to deliver high standards of performance.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate repairs and servicing of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Manage budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractor relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance processes.

About You:

• Proven experience in maintenance management within manufacturing or processing environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Relevant trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a closely related discipline (essential or highly regarded).
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
