Job Title: Maintenance Field Planner – 6-Month Contract (Refinery Experience Required)

Location: Pinjarra, Western Australia
Rate: $59.50 per hour | Plus Super
Roster:  Monday to Friday | 8 hours per day
Contract Duration:  6 Months (Available to work over the Christmas and New Year shutdown period.

As a Maintenance Field Planner, you will coordinate major maintenance activities, balancing equipment condition data, scheduling resources, and ensuring clear communication across teams to keep operations running smoothly.

About the role

• Lead and execute the 5-week maintenance planning process
• Plan routine and ad-hoc maintenance activities for refinery operations
• Schedule resources and coordinate tasks across multiple departments
• Support maintenance budgeting and cost control processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through standardized reliability processes

Your Background

• Proven experience in maintenance planning, preferably within a refinery or heavy industrial environment
• Mechanical trade background or relevant engineering qualification highly desirable
• Full Australian work rights required
• Availability to work over the Christmas and New Year shutdown period
• Strong self-motivation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping
• Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new systems
