Rate: $59.50 per hour | Plus Super
Roster:
Monday to Friday | 8 hours per day
Contract Duration:
6 Months (Available to work over the Christmas and New Year shutdown period.

As a Maintenance Field Planner, you will coordinate major maintenance activities, balancing equipment condition data, scheduling resources, and ensuring clear communication across teams to keep operations running smoothly.

About the role
- Lead and execute the 5-week maintenance planning process
- Plan routine and ad-hoc maintenance activities for refinery operations
- Schedule resources and coordinate tasks across multiple departments
- Support maintenance budgeting and cost control processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through standardized reliability processes
- Proven experience in maintenance planning, preferably within a refinery or heavy industrial environment
- Mechanical trade background or relevant engineering qualification highly desirable
- Full Australian work rights required
- Availability to work over the Christmas and New Year shutdown period
- Strong self-motivation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new systems
