Chandler Macleod is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician
to join our client’s team in poultry processing. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a modern, high-standard facility with the potential to transition to a full-time role.
About the Role
You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and instrumentation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves working in refrigerated conditions and handling raw poultry products, ensuring compliance with strict safety and hygiene standards.
What You’ll Need
- SA A-Class Electrical License
- Instrumentation ticket(s) & Electrical trade qualification
- 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing or food processing
- Full working rights in Australia
- Own vehicle ¤nt driver’s license
- Physically fit & comfortable working with raw poultry in refrigerated environments
- Positive attitude & strong safety focus
Critical Skills
- Mechanical aptitude & quick decision-making
- Knowledge of food processing industry & GMP standards
- Ability to meet production targets & follow workplace guidelines
- Basic communication skills
