Logistics Support Officer

Location: South Melbourne, Sunshine West, Thomastown, Nunawading, Carrum Downs
Rate:$53 per hour incl. casual loading | Until 14 Nov 2025

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Logistics Support Officer to deliver high-quality logistical support for operational vehicles and medical equipment. In this casual role, you can mark yourself available for shifts, working mainly at your closest site with occasional travel to other locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, commission, and decommission vehicles for operational readiness
• Clean, service, and replenish medical equipment and supplies
• Maintain accurate fleet and equipment records in relevant systems
• Coordinate stock management, relocations, and logistics activities
• Conduct safety checks, decontamination, and compliance processes

Skills and Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience in fleet or logistics operations involving small site coordination, tight timelines, and quality service delivery (desirable)
• Knowledge of medical equipment and its practical application (desirable)
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to adapt communication and approach to different tasks, situations, and individuals
• Willingness to work shift work and participate in on-call rosters as required

Requirements

• Two professional references
• Current National Police Check (within the last 3 months)
• Ability to work flexibily across multiple sites
• Current  Heavy Rigid Victorian Driver Licence
