Loader Operator

Position Description: Front End Loader Operator
Location:  Kooragang Island, NSW
Employment Type:  Casual, FT hours, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate:  From $38/hr depending on skills and experience 
Starting early Jan '26

About the Company
An opportunity to work with Australia’s largest supplier of fertilisers, dispatching around two million tonnes annually to support the grain, cotton, pasture, dairy, sugar, and horticulture industries.

• Monday to Friday day shift (7:00am – 4:30pm)
• Occasional Saturday overtime
• Increased hours during peak season (March–July)
• Competitive pay rates starting at $38/hr

• An ongoing role for the right person, with temp to perm transition a possibility. 

About You

• Current  Front End Loader ticket or VOC (essential)
• 3 years+ prior experience in operating
• Strong work ethic and reliable 
• Safety is paramount for you 
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments (desirable) 

Key Responsibilities

• Operate front end loader to move the product between the production and bagging areas throughout the manufacturing process.
• Use online safety systems
• Loading hoppers and trucks as well as moving the product between sheds and bays on site
• Assist with general housekeeping duties of the site
