We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Loader Operator to join a unique Rio Tinto project in Paraburdoo. This is your chance to secure a role and progress your career with one of Australia’s leading mining companies.

Role Details

• Equipment: CAT 988 Loader
• Duties: Loading trucks, clean-ups using own buckets, managing tip heads
• Experience: Civil or quarry background considered; mining experience desirable
• Roster: 8:6 dayshift only - no nightshift!
• Location: Paraburdoo – FIFO from Perth
• Project Duration: Until end of October 2026
• Start: ASAP after mobilisation and inductions
• Pay Rate:$51.43 – $60.76 per hour
