Learning Experience Designer (Contract role)
Location:  Remote
Engagement Type:  Full-time Contract (5 days/week)
Start Date:  ASAP End Date:  Mid-December 2025

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning Experience Designer to join a dynamic team on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative and engaging learning solutions that uplift capability across the organisation.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to scope learning requirements, manage learning initiatives, and ensure a seamless and impactful learner experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful learning programs in a future-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences aligned with business needs.
• Scope and manage learning projects, including resource planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and maintain learning content and materials.
• Evaluate learning initiatives and drive continuous improvement through data insights.
• Simplify and innovate the learning experience using technology and user-centered design.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and manage learning campaigns.

  What You’ll Bring

• Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience in learning delivery, content development, and program management.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to use data to evaluate and improve learning outcomes.
• A continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• Desirable: Experience with Workday Learning and Human-Centered Design (HCD).
