About the Company
Join a well-established and growing organisation specialising in line marking services across Australia. With over 35 years in the industry, they excel in creating high-quality markings for various industries. A family-focused business that values teamwork, safety, and quality, they pride themselves on delivering top-notch results and building strong connections with clients and staff alike.
About the Role
We’re looking for dedicated Line markers / Labourers to join their team, primarily based out of Tamworth. This is an excellent chance to get hands-on experience in a specialised industry while working with a friendly, close-knit crew. The role is initially labouring, with plenty of opportunity for overtime, penalties, and working away from home across Australia on various projects. It’s perfect for someone eager to learn, grow their skills, and be part of a reputable company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all line marking projects, including setting out and applying markings to industry standards
- Operate and maintain line marking equipment and machinery
- Drive company vehicles to job sites
- General labouring tasks on site
- Help with cleaning and maintenance of machines and vehicles
- Work away from home for extended periods as required
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times
You’re someone with a positive attitude, eager to learn, and ready to be part of a team. Safety is a priority for you, and you have a good work ethic. You’re comfortable working independently or leading when needed. Having a bit of mechanical knowledge, reading plans, and basic math's skills will set you apart—though these can be developed on the job.
What you’ll bring:
- White card
- Valid drivers license
- Physically fit and healthy — willing to undertake medical assessments
- Willingness to work away from home for long periods
- Ability to pass police check and drug screening
