Chandler Macleod is seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Hands to assist with various manufacturing processes. This role is essential in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking to build a casual pool list to fill adhoc orders. This may turn into long term ongoing work for the right candidate.

Shifts: must be available minimum three days per week. Morning Shift Time 5am or Afternoon Shift 12pm. This position offered is to buildi a casual pool list for the busy period. Shifts will be on call 

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the production line and machine operation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform quality checks on products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous factory or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
