We’re currently seeking a Laboratory Operator – Fixed Plant for a 5–6 month assignment with the potential to extend. This is a FIFO role from Perth or Busselton, working on a consistent and well-structured 8:6 (days) / 7:7 (nights) roster.

About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the laboratory and sample stations
• Processing samples using crushers and mills
• Operating furnaces
• Some work within the plant (relatively low-risk tasks)
• Working independently and as part of a diverse, inclusive team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a laboratory setting, ideally with Iron Ore sample processing
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Full Australian working rights – WA residents only
• Ability to commit to a 5–6 month contract, with potential for extension
