Kitchen & Service Assistant

About the Role: A Distribution Centre in Larapinta are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Catering Staff to join their team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in providing quality food service to our staff, ensuring a positive and efficient dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service to all staff using the canteen.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak times.
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to deliver consistent quality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cooking, hospitality, or similar kitchen hand roles.
• Availability for up to 5 shifts per week, including mornings and afternoons, Monday to Saturday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
