6‑Month Contract | Full Time | Hybrid | Possible Extension

We’re recruiting an Inventory Accounting Coordinator for a nationally recognised organisation, joining their international merchandise and supply chain finance team. This 6‑month contract offers full‑time hours, hybrid flexibility, and strong potential for extension.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in stock or inventory accounting, confident navigating complex systems, and skilled at managing high‑volume transactional work with accuracy and pace.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of international supplier and service provider invoices, maintaining smooth document flow across multiple systems, and supporting month‑end accounting and reconciliations. Working closely with internal teams and global vendors, you’ll contribute directly to the integrity of international stock financials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process overseas supplier and service provider invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Resolve invoice and payment queries working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive process optimisation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure uninterrupted purchase document flow across multiple systems.
  • Manage month‑end tasks including account reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with Merchandise, International Logistics, Supply Chain, and Accounts Investigations teams to resolve discrepancies.

Skills & Experience
  • Advanced Excel capability.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of international processes, stock accounting or foreign currency is an advantage.
  • Experience with systems such as SAP, TM1, GT Nexus or similar is highly beneficial.
