Join a large-scale transformation program and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of complex projects. We are seeking a proactive and organised PMO Coordinator
to provide governance, reporting, and delivery support across multiple workstreams within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
About the Role
Reporting to the PMO Lead, this role supports the program through the coordination and execution of PMO processes, governance activities, and project administration. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Workstream Leads, Vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all PMO activities are running smoothly, reporting is accurate, and the program is well prepared for key milestones such as cutover and go-live.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting PMO governance activities and assisting in program reporting.
- Coordinating cutover readiness activities and helping drive operational preparedness for go-live.
- Cascading and maintaining PMO tools, templates, and processes, adjusting as needed for continuous improvement.
- Managing dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests through to closure across workstreams.
- Assisting with project administration, including reporting, risk management, and resource planning.
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding of program resources.
- Maintaining PMO systems including SharePoint sites, communication channels, and documentation libraries.
You’re an experienced PMO professional with a proven ability to keep complex programs organised, compliant, and moving forward. You thrive in a dynamic environment, are detail-oriented, and can work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- At least 5 years’ experience working within a PMO or project coordination environment.
- Strong background in project administration, reporting, and program coordination.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, business, or a related discipline.
- PMO or project management certification(such as PMI, AIPM, Prince2, or P3O).
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and support decision-making.
- Prior experience within utilities, industrial services, or construction sectors(preferred).
