About the Role
Join a dynamic transformation project in the utilities sector, driving change management and communications for a high-impact initiative. Based in Melbourne CBD, this contract role focuses on engaging stakeholders,
managing change, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Change Management: Develop and implement change and engagement strategies, conduct impact assessments, and monitor adoption of new processes/systems.
- Communications: Craft clear, compelling messages across platforms (email, intranet, events) to address resistance, align stakeholders, and celebrate milestones.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coach leaders, support change champions, and coordinate with HR, IT, and leadership teams to ensure alignment.
- Operational Excellence: Track engagement impact, report progress, and adjust strategies based on data to drive adoption and morale.
- Sustainability: Align initiatives with organisations environmental and social goals, including net zero targets, and manage risks effectively.
- Team Leadership: Foster a safe, inclusive, high-performance culture in line with the organisations Vision and Values.
- 3-5 years’ experience in change management and communications on major transformation, technology, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven skills in change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and delivering engagement strategies.
- Experience in gas/energy utilities or regulated environments is highly desirable.
- Formal qualifications or certification in a recognised change management methodology.
- Strong understanding of change processes and exceptional communication skills.
- Internal: Project Sponsors, Integration Team, Business Stakeholders, HR, and Communications Teams.
- External: Outsourced service partners and professional services providers as required.
