HV Electrician – FIFO Pilbara | Immediate Start

Chandler MacLeod is currently seeking an experienced Fixed Plant Electrician to join a Tier 1 mining operation on a long-term FIFO contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major site with strong systems, safety culture, and consistent roster.
 
About the Role


Reporting to the site leadership team, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting fixed plant infrastructure, ensuring safe and reliable operation across the processing facilities.
 
Responsibilities
 

• Electrical maintenance on fixed plant and conveyor systems
• Electrical instrumentation support
• High Voltage (HV) switching and inspections
• Fault finding, preventative maintenance, and breakdown response
• Compliance with site safety and electrical standards

 
About You

• WA Electrical Apprenticeship (Unrestricted Electrical Licence)
• HV Electrical Switching qualification (essential)
• Certificate IV in Instrumentation (highly regarded)
• Previous experience on fixed plant in a mining or heavy industrial environment
• Strong safety focus and ability to work autonomously within a team

• Ability to pass a Rio Tinto induction
• Current Police Clearance
