Human Resource Officer

Hourly Rate:  $45.30 – $63.63 + super
Contract Period:  13 October 2025 – 11 December 2025

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented  Human Resource Officer  to join our client on a short-term contract. This role will provide essential recruitment and administrative support within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain vacancy tracking records, ensuring accurate recording of applications, interviews, and progress updates
• Coordinate and collate application documents for recruitment panels
• Prepare and distribute pre-defined communications to applicants and recruitment panels
• Schedule and manage interview bookings for applicants and panel members
• Organise and store shortlisting and interview documentation as directed
• Record confirmation of applicant notifications and ensure accurate documentation is maintained
• Support payroll processes by managing package documentation as required

About You

• High proficiency in  SharePoint and Office 365
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Demonstrated experience in a service support role
• Previous experience within  State Government  or in a  change environment  is desirable
