Human Resource Manager

My client, a global investment firm based in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, is looking to recruit a ‘Human Resources Manager’ on a permanent basis.
 
 
Role:                      HR Manager
Type:                     Permanent
Salary:                   $125,000 - $145,000 + Super + Bonus Potential
Location:                Sydney, CBD
Work type:             4 days in the office, 1 day from home



Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Work closely with Head Office HR teams based in Asia
• Support the delivery of HR processes and programs in the local office
• Develop strong relationships with local business leaders and employees
• Develop and provide advice on HR policies and procedures
• Manage and deliver on HR resource planning, budgeting, recruitment, succession planning, performance management, mobility, exit management, rewards etc.
• Ensure the correctness of monthly payroll
• Supervise office administrative matters including but not limited to asset management, office access and expenditures as well as records/document management

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources
• Strong understanding of local employment laws and legislation
• Payroll Experience
• Strong stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently (standalone position) and in a fast-paced environment
• At least 5 years HR business partnering experience
• Property or Finance Industry experience will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet business needs
