About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated HSS Administrator
to join the Site Systems Team
in a full-time, Monday-to-Friday, site-based position. This role plays a key part in supporting critical safety and training systems across the operation.
Reporting directly to the Superintendent – Site Systems, you will provide essential administrative and system support, contribute to ongoing compliance and training efforts, and collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Driver Safety Systems (DSS)
- Communicate with stakeholders to address inquiries and provide assistance
- Maintain organised filing systems, databases, and digital tools
- Assist with training support, including data entry, record uploads, and advice for trainees and assessors
- Help stakeholders navigate risk management and training requirements
- Ensure compliance with data protection and health and safety regulations
- Conduct audits to ensure system accuracy and compliance
- Participate in Field Leadership activities
- Collaborate with Site Systems and Training teams
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting tasks as needed
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP experience preferred
- Experience with SuccessFactors Learning Management System and In-Field Assessment is advantageous
- Knowledge of coal mining legislation is a plus
