Role Purpose:
To provide effective administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring the smooth running of core HR processes. The role focuses on handling HR administration, maintaining employee records, supporting the onboarding process, and assisting with day-to-day HR operations. The role requires working knowledge of HR practices and legislation and experience with SAP SuccessFactors. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the central HR inbox, triaging queries and escalating where necessary.
- Prepare and process HR letters and documentation (e.g. offer letters, contracts, confirmation letters, etc.).
- Maintain and update employee records in SAP SuccessFactors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with the onboarding process, including collecting documentation, booking inductions, and coordinating new starter activities.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Team as required.
- Maintain HR trackers, documents, and databases in line with data protection requirements.
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects and reporting as required.
- Previous experience in an HR administrative or HR Officer role.
- Working knowledge of HR practices and basic understanding of employment legislation.
- Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors for employee records management.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience working in a fast-paced HR environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Cert IV/ Diploma Human Resources.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a flexible and positive approach.
- Customer-focused with a helpful attitude.
