HR Generalist

📍 Location: Mooroopna, VIC
🕒 Assignment Length: 3–4 months
🗓️ Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Chandler Macleod is currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist  for our client based in Mooroopna. This is a fantastic temporary opportunity for a driven HR professional to contribute across multiple facets of human resources in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

About the Role: In this role, you will provide generalist HR support with a focus on:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  
  
• Supporting conflict resolution and managing employee grievances
  
  
• Assisting with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) administration
  
  
• Offering day-to-day HR guidance to managers and staff
  
  

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a HR generalist role
  
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
  
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
  
  
• A working knowledge of WHS practices and HR best practices
  
  
• The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
