HR Business Partner & HR Advisor 

Henderson & Fremantle, WA| Full-Time | On-Site & Flexible Work Options
Are you an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Advisor looking to make a real impact in the construction industry? Our client, a leading WA construction company, is seeking a skilled HR professional to join their team across their Henderson and Fremantle sites.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role supporting leaders and employees with all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. You’ll partner with managers to provide expert HR advice and deliver strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end HR support across recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance improvement, and workplace compliance.
  • Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders to drive a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures meet Fair Work and industry standards.
About You:
  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Advisor within construction, engineering, or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and workplace compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR delivery.
