As the dedicated HR point of contact, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle and provide timely, practical and professional advice to both leaders and employees. You will also contribute to the implementation of broader group HR strategies at site level, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and operational priorities.

Duties

  • Providing HR advice, coaching and support to leaders and team members in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting the implementation of Group strategic HR initiatives
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment and branding activities including career fairs and community engagement events, as well as selection & onboarding
  • Processing employee variations and other employee data changes through SAP and issuing appropriate documentation to employees and payroll
  • Leading workplace investigations and supporting managers with performance management

About you
You are an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with operational teams.

You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications (or as a minimum, Diploma) in HR or related discipline
  • Ideally 5+ years' experience in a generalist HR role
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • A strong customer service mindset and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach

Benefits
  • Relocation assistance available for candidates not living locally
  • Flexible employment options, with full-time or part-time arrangements available
  • Autonomous, site-based HR role with the opportunity to partner closely with leadership and make a genuine impact on workplace culture and performance
