HR Advisor (Contract Role)

Location: Leederville
Contract: 6 months (Jan–Jun 2026)
Hours: Full‑time or 0.8 / 0.6 FTE
Rate: Up to $73.10/hr

About the Role:
A leading organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide high‑quality HR and Employee Relations support. This role is ideal for someone confident in case management, workplace investigations and coaching leaders through complex people matters.
Flexible FTE options available. Successful candidate will have proven Case Management experience, including workplace investigations, performance management, misconduct matters, and fitness‑for‑work cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely HR and ER advice to leaders and employees
• Interpret enterprise agreements, awards and employment contracts
• Conduct workplace investigations and support disciplinary processes
• Manage performance, misconduct and fitness‑for‑work cases
• Support HR initiatives, change and capability‑building activities
• Deliver training and coaching to leaders
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and the Code of Conduct

• Degree in HR, Business or related field
• Strong HR generalist background in medium–large organisations
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end case management
• Skilled in investigations, performance management and dispute resolution
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in unionised or complex environments
