The Opportunity We are seeking a capable and motivated HR Administration Assistant
to join our clients supportive team in Coffs Harbour. This starts as a 3 month contract
and will play an important part in supporting the Human Resources function and general administration activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a people-focused approach, who is keen to add value and develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR processes including onboarding, training coordination, and compliance tracking
- Manage general administration tasks: email and phone correspondence, document handling, and supplier communication
- Maintain key registers including , licences, insurance, and training
- Support administrative processes for new projects and team activities
- Provide ad hoc assistance across operations as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems such as Microsoft Office, ELMO
- A proactive approach with a willingness to flex when required
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Full-time, 38-hour work week (Monday to Friday)
