HME Operators

Chandler Macleod is seeking experienced Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) Operators to join our team at a leading Tier 1 mining operation in Gove, Northern Territory. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected site and operate a large, modern fleet.

Roster Options:

• Residential: 4 Days, 3 Off, 4 Nights, 5 Off (rotating)
• FIFO: 4 Days, 4 Nights, 8 Off
• Shift Length: 12 hours (Day & Night)
• Duration: 12-month casual duration with potential for extension
• Flights: FIFO from Cairns or Darwin (morning flights on R&R days)

 
Equipment You’ll Operate:
 

• Caterpillar 777 Haul Trucks
• Caterpillar 992/993 Loaders
• Caterpillar D11 Dozers
• Caterpillar 16M Graders
• Caterpillar 773 Water Carts
• Caterpillar 854 Wheel Dozers

 
What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience operating HME in a mining environment
• Strong exposure to haul trucks and production mining fleet equipment
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to work rotating rosters and pass PEM/D&A and Spirometry medical
