HME Construction Advisor

HME Delivery Advisor (x2) – Tier 1 Mining Projects  $75–$93/hour + Super | 12-Month Rolling Contract | FIFO 8:6 Roster from Perth

We are currently seeking two experienced  HME Delivery Advisors  to support the safe and efficient execution of major Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) projects across Western Australia. This is a long-term opportunity to work with a tier 1 mining company on high-impact site-based projects.

About the Role:

This site-based role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of HME projects, ensuring contractor compliance, safety performance, and alignment with project schedules and specifications. You will work closely with Contracting Partners, Project Leads, and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes across all phases of the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to ensure safety, schedule, and quality targets are met
• Coach and mentor Contracting Partners in systems, processes, and compliance
• Coordinate HME delivery works and liaise with area owners and stakeholders
• Conduct field leadership interactions and review risk assessments (JHA, Take 5, SWP)
• Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Assist with cost control and budget adherence
• Maintain HME build pad locations and ensure delivery meets purchase specifications
• Collaborate with Project Leads across all phases of the delivery lifecycle

Skills and Experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in contractor management and project delivery
• Exposure to safety systems
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Manual ‘C Class’ driver’s license
• Experience in heavy industry or mining (preferred)
• Coaching, mentoring, or supervising teams (advantageous)

Contract Details

• Type:  12-month rolling contract
• Roster:  FIFO 8:6 from Perth
• Rate:  $75–$93/hour + Super (based on experience)
• Start Date:  Immediate or negotiable
