Are you a hands-on Heavy Diesel Fitter who thrives in the mining sector and is ready for your next big move?
Chandler Macleod is teaming up with a top-tier mining operator to find someone just like you—skilled, safety-focused, and ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance on heavy mining equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing faults across a range of diesel machinery
- Servicing, inspections, and parts replacement
- Keeping accurate maintenance records
- Field service and breakdown experience? That’s a big plus!
- Ensuring all work meets safety and site standards
- Australian-recognised Trade Certificate
- Current C-Class Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen
- Proven experience with Komatsu 830E trucks, WD900 loaders, CAT auxiliary equipment and D11 dozers is highly valued
- Forklif t and Dogging tickets? Even better!
