We're on the lookout for a Groundsperson who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help keep some of the Coffs Coast’s most popular holiday parks looking amazing all year round.
Whether you're mowing lawns, planting gardens, fixing things, or keeping the pool sparkling — no two days are the same, and your work helps create amazing holiday experiences for thousands of happy campers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keeping lawns trimmed and gardens looking great
• Cleaning and maintaining cabins, amenities, and shared spaces
• Doing small repairs and helping with upgrade projects
• Collecting rubbish and making sure everything’s clean and tidy
• Assisting tradespeople and ensuring safe work practices
• Maintaining the swimming pool so it’s always ready for a splash
• Chatting with guests and helping with the occasional question or two

You’ll be working outdoors, in a great team, across some beautiful holiday parks right here on the Coffs Coast.

About You
You're the kind of person who:

• Loves working outside (rain, shine, or sea breeze)
• Can handle a mower, whipper snipper, and maybe even a screwdriver
• Takes pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Enjoys working with others and has great customer service skills
• Isn’t afraid to jump in and get the job done

What You Need
Essential:

• Current Driver’s Licence (Class C)
• Construction White Card

Nice to Have:

• 1+ year of grounds or maintenance experience
• NSW Working With Children Check
• Experience with pool maintenance and gardening gear
• Basic computer skills (just the basics – no rocket science here)
