About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead a major rebrand for an education‑focused organisation. This is a high‑impact opportunity to create a new visual identity from the ground up, including logo design, brand system development, signage, print collateral, and high‑quality creative assets.
The role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders, interpreting creative briefs, and producing original, compelling design that elevates the organisation’s brand and strengthens its communications. You will take ownership of the full creative process — from concept to delivery — across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple design projects from concept to completion.
- Create high‑quality brand assets, including logo design and full visual identity systems.
- Develop print‑ready and digital design solutions across signage, collateral, templates, and brand applications.
- Maintain brand consistency and develop updated brand guidelines.
- Produce visually compelling designs that translate across various media platforms.
- Interpret design briefs and deliver creative solutions within tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, supporting communications and marketing activities.
- Manage consultation, planning, review and feedback cycles.
- Maintain and update templates across Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- 5+ years’ experience in graphic design.
- Strong experience delivering creative brand collateral for print and digital.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualise and execute brand identity work — especially logos, signage, and print‑driven design.
- High attention to detail, creative flair, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of design principles, pre‑press and printing processes.
- WWCC (Working With Children Check).
- Ability to pick up briefs quickly and deliver polished outcomes.
- Experience working within education, not‑for‑profit or public sector settings.
- Experience with brand governance, DAMS, or cross‑department collaboration
