Graduate/Intern Program Specialist

Chandler Macleod are currently searching for a Graduate/Intern Program Specialist located in Brisbane!
We are looking for a capable office based professional to work in the client's Learning, Capability & Compliance team to assist in the co-ordination of entry pathway programs (i.e. Graduate, apprenticeship, Internship, Trainee)

The role will be part of a small team and involve:

• Co-ordinations of university and school events.
• Co-ordinating onboarding of grads and interns across the company.
• Process and procedure documentation.
• Communicating with Internal and External stakeholders.
• Processing of employee incentive claims.

• Proficient in MS Office and the usual business applications.
• Self motivated & able to work autonomously
• Excellent Communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to present / facilitate to small & medium sized groups
