FXP Electrician

Chandler Macleod is currently seeking experienced Fixed Plant Electricians to join a Tier 1 mining operation based at Tom Price. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a short-term contract with immediate start potential, working on large-scale iron ore infrastructure.

About the Role
Reporting to site leadership, you will be responsible for fixed plant electrical maintenance across the processing facilities. While part of a close-knit team, you’ll be comfortable working autonomously in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fixed Plant electrical maintenance and inspections
• HV systems, conveyors, crushers, stackers and fixed motors
• Fault finding and breakdown support
• Day shift primarily (DS/NS flexibility may be required)
• Working safely in operational plant environments

Roster & Location

• 8:6 back-to-back roster
• FIFO from Perth (Thursday–Thursday)
• Tom Price site
• 6-month assignment with possible extension

What We’re Looking For

• Trade-qualified Electrician
• Strong fixed plant experience in a mining or heavy industrial environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
