Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong active listening and objection handling abilities
• Ability to follow scripts and deliver engaging, confident calls
• Resilience and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment
• Reliable and efficient in managing high call volumes
• Capable of juggling multiple campaigns with flexibility
• Willingness to embrace coaching and feedback for continuous improvement
• Ability to answer and handle inbound calls when needed
• Commitment to consistency and adaptability across various fundraising campaigns
